7 BEAUTY TRENDS 2015

Hi guys, hope you all are having an awesome holiday , Wow can't believe the year is almost over. but it has really been an awesome and exciting year.
I'm really looking forward to what 2016 has for me. 2015 was indeed so exciting with lots of make up trends. but to me it was all fun.

Here is a round up on most makeup trends we all went over board with.

 STROBING

Strobing which is the act of using an oily luminizer to emphasize on the high points of the face, this technique i love so much, it highlights your face without contouring and its simple and easy to do. It creates a glowy dewy look, enhance cheek bones, sculpt your nose and also enhance your pout.

HIGHLIGHTING AND CONTOURING

This is one complicated trend we all fell in love with, we all tried to learn from YouTube and Instagram off cos.This technique gives shape to the areas of the face and also enhances the facial structure through makeup. it also creates a higher cheek bones and a slimmer nose and chin. its always good to give your contouring a good blend for a flawless look.

  MATTE LIPS

This we all know can be achieved by using a matte lipstick or achieving it with your cream based lipstick. They are highly pigmented and super long lasting lipsticks that gives you a velvety finish. Love it. But make sure your lips are really hydrated before using matte lipstick. you can prep your lips over night if you have dry lips. Nude lips, ombre lips were my favorites.

                                                               

 BROW GAME

 When it comes to making a statement, bold eyebrows are way to go, the look could stop people in their tracks. Getting the perfect thick eye brow sure comes with lots of practice and techniques. But at the end of the day you have to do what works for you. 

COLORED HAIR

This was a really good year for hair painting, lol! i wasn't really fascinated by most of the hair colors, but hey whatever one likes and comfortable with, just go for it.

LIQUID LIPSTICK

 Liquid lipsticks sure took over the make up trend too, some are matte and some are glossy, easy to apply and slips right into a purse. for people with dry lips, its always good to prep lips overnight before applying your lipstick and slight touch up is also recommended throughout the day.

 WINGED EYELINER

Winged eyeliner , also known as 'cat eye' must be the most classic trend in history. its really been there for ages, even Cleopatra had it in the 60s , lol. but there has been lots of changes on how the liner is drawn, but what maters most is what suits your eye shape and face.
